Madama Group is hiring full-time Dispatch Team Leaders to join our growing operations team in Russeifa. If you're an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of dispatchers. Monitor daily performance, manage schedules, and build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Client Relations & Intake: Act as the main point of contact for clients — receive new job requests, assess needs, set expectations, and give proactive, professional updates on job status.
Dispatch & Routing Oversight: Oversee daily scheduling and routing of technicians for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, and appliance repairs to maximize efficiency and cut travel time.
Escalation Management: Handle client escalations, resolve scheduling conflicts, and troubleshoot on-site issues to keep customers fully satisfied.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve dispatch workflows and communication protocols to speed up response times and raise service quality.
Requirements:
3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working evening shifts and managing a large team
Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, full-time
Salary & Benefits:
490 JD basic salary
Plus performance-based commission when targets are achieved
