**Job Title: Social Media Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to Thiqa Tutoring's platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars for various social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve Thiqa Tutoring's social media presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
