Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad, providing information about academic programs, application procedures, and admission requirements.
• Build rapport with prospective students over the phone, understanding their educational goals, interests, and preferences, and offering personalized guidance and support.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of studying abroad and the advantages of enrolling in the organization's academic programs, addressing any concerns or objections raised by prospective students.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels, such as website inquiries, social media, and events, to nurture relationships and convert leads into qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospective students in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, including notes, follow-up tasks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with admissions counselors and other team members to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure a seamless transition for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead conversion, and enrollment, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Stay informed about academic programs, scholarship opportunities, and promotional campaigns to effectively promote the organization's offerings and attract
prospective students.
