Role Overview:
At CabJordan, a fast-growing smart mobility and ride-hailing platform, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute strategies aimed at increasing app downloads, boosting rider retention, and supporting captain acquisition, ensuring CabJordan remains the preferred choice for smart transportation in Jordan.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy (both digital and offline) aligned with the company’s growth and market share goals.
Lead user acquisition and retention campaigns for both riders and captains, utilizing targeted promotions, dynamic pricing incentives, and performance marketing.
Oversee creative content production across social media and digital channels, collaborating closely with the design team to ensure trendy, relatable, and localized messaging.
Analyze market trends and in-app user behavior, tracking campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to continuously optimize ROI and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources across digital ads, influencer marketing, field activations, and PR.
Build strategic partnerships with local brands, businesses, and influencers to launch co-marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing management, with a strong preference for candidates from the ride-hailing (smart mobility), on-demand delivery, or tech startup sectors.
Deep knowledge of Performance Marketing, user growth hacking, and conversion funnels.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights and business growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing creative teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
Thorough understanding of the Jordanian market, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape of smart transportation.
