Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. Your expertise in Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager will be instrumental in maximizing our advertising efforts and ensuring the highest ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook (Meta) advertising.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to optimize for KPIs like ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising policies and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad content and visuals.

• Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing ads and scale successful campaigns.

• Manage advertising budget efficiently to maximize campaign performance.

• Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and learning to the marketing team and senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a test-and-learn mentality.
